Taking a high volume of customer service calls for the U.S online bank Chime. Making verification of customers a high priority on every call, using multiple points of verification as needed, depending on the call and information being requested. Proficiency in reading billing statements for a bank account and being able to relay requested information to customers. Leaving detailed notes both on the call log and the customer’s profile, in order to assure all interactions are thoroughly documented and categorized.
