I’m a learning, engagement, and systems professional who helps organizations turn complex ideas into clear, human-centered experiences.
Over the past several years, I’ve worked across education, social impact, and technology-focused environments designing learning programs, supporting networks and communities of practice, and translating strategy into content, communications, and operational systems that actually work for people.
My background includes instructional design, program engagement, communications, and learning delivery — often in fast-moving, distributed teams. I’m especially strong at:
distilling complex or sensitive information into accessible language
building structure where things feel fragmented or unclear
supporting leaders, teams, and participants through change with care and clarity
While much of my experience has been rooted in technology-enabled learning, my work has always been about people: how they learn, connect, make meaning, and move forward together. I’ve collaborated closely with program teams, facilitators, partners, and participants to support engagement across the full lifecycle of learning initiatives — from onboarding and delivery to reflection and continuous improvement.
I bring a strong writing and editorial background, a systems-oriented mindset, and a deep appreciation for equity-informed, learner-centred practice. I’m comfortable working behind the scenes to support leadership and operations, as well as participant-facing roles that require trust, empathy, and clear communication.
