Co-Founder, and CEO public Remote experienceWellbeFeb 2019 - Mar 2020 (1 year 2 months)In 2019 I co-funded Wellbe, an easy to use technology to improve the way that people connect with their health system. To do so, I performed two MVPs in one year. Wellbe acted as a lab where I discovered many different ways to solve bureaucracy problems in the healthcare system and improve the customer journey. To create the project, I worked with MERN stack and used consuming APIS like Google maps and Here maps ( geolocation - geocoding ), integrating Google and Facebook PIXELS. Moreover, the UI design was done with Adobe XD, Illustrator and Photoshop. This project was 100% remotely.- PIT consultant / Web designer / UI DesignerPGPJan 2019 - Sep 2019 (9 months)PGP was a great challenge, as an e-commerce platform we detected that their conversion rate was low. People who visited the site would leave within 10 or 15 seconds. The reasons relied on the payment gateways being badly designed. As a UI designer I optimize the web to the maximum to increase conversion by eliminating 5 steps in the purchasing process and converting them into only 2. With this, we retained more customers, and after two months of continuous improvements and tests, the benefit increased by 70%.
