My key to success is my foundational leadership principles; kindness (as a strength), trustworthiness, and curiosity. I'm the colleague at work that people want to work for to grow their careers and approach challenges with resolve and excitement. Yet no one realizes the amount of work that gets done and the areas that I will push them will be uncomfortable because we have so much fun doing it. I am a quirky and calm individual that will challenge myself and my teams to reach new heights.
