Communications & AI Enablement Leader | 30% Engagement Lift | Internal Comms · Executive Comms · AI Enablement | Open to FTE & Consulting
Huntersville, North Carolina, United States
I lead enterprise strategy and communications initiatives that bring clarity to complexity. As former VP of Strategic Communications at Wells Fargo, I was appointed as the first dedicated communications leader within the Experience Design organization, where I drove a 30% increase in engagement across a 500+ member digital team by building communication frameworks, governance systems, and planning rhythms that strengthened alignment and improved decision-making.
Prior to stepping into enterprise leadership, I worked in journalism, where I learned how to ask the right questions, get to the heart of the why, and tell stories that matter. That foundation shaped my approach to digital strategy and experience design, where I led product and UX initiatives that contributed to multimillion-dollar revenue growth and operational efficiencies. Over time, my work expanded from shaping messages to shaping systems, connecting leadership vision to execution across organizations at scale.
I am a systems thinker who builds structure and alignment across complex initiatives. Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional teams and managed professionals across communications, content, marketing, and experience design functions, and earlier on I led a network of 10+ Microsoft Innovation & Education ambassadors as an account manager at Riddle & Bloom, overseeing performance, partnership alignment, and program execution. Leading people and leading strategy go hand in hand in my work, grounded in clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution.
Today, I operate at the enterprise level, aligning strategy, people, and technology to drive measurable outcomes. I guide complex initiatives with operational rigor and a long-term view of sustainable impact. I also work at the intersection of strategy and emerging technology, helping organizations think critically about how AI can strengthen communication systems, governance, and performance.
