Design and implementation, and maintenance of websites, portals, blogs, and Information
Systems for clients of the company.
● Providing a Tier 1 level support to analyze and determining possible solutions to problem
encounter by end users regarding basic workstations technical issues and other non-
technical issues with little or no escalation on reported issues
● Tutoring and mentoring web development/programming students
● Monitor the company's help desk email and calendar, track incidents, client/users' requests
and other associated client/users inquiries
● Collaborate with help desk team members and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues,
ensuring timely response to all reports/enquiries by following up with clients
