    personal project: voicevo
    Jan 2026 - Current (7 months)
My left vocal cord was damaged. I built an opensource tool called voicevo to measure improvement over time. The goal was to learn Rust while at the same time learn about building audio analysis pipelines and pushing what llms can do with the information that comes out of them. One particular aspect of this project I'm proud about is that I was able to build benchmarking tools against standard datasets collected from research labs working in this field. Specifically, for my pathology I managed to prove 95% accuracy against industry standard tools.
