With a background in kinesiology, I have a strong foundation in human movement science, biomechanics, anatomy, and exercise physiology. My studies have focused on understanding how the body moves, functions, and responds to physical activity, injury, and rehabilitation. This knowledge allows me to assess physical performance, promote injury prevention, and support rehabilitation strategies through evidence-based practices. I’m passionate about optimizing physical health and performance—whether through research, athletic training, physical therapy support, or wellness coaching. I apply a movement-focused approach to improving quality of life and helping individuals reach their functional and fitness goals safely and effectively.
