With over 9 years of experience in the BPO industry, I have built a dynamic career, evolving from a Representative to a Leadership and Development Trainer, and now serving as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead. Throughout my journey, I’ve developed a deep understanding of operations, team management, and the importance of a strong organizational culture.

Starting as a Representative in 2015, I quickly progressed to a Supervisor role, where I honed my leadership skills and managed team performance. This experience laid the foundation for my next role as a Leadership and Development Trainer, where I focused on mentoring and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

Currently, as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, I am responsible for leading recruitment efforts, identifying top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with company goals and values. My passion lies in fostering growth, both in individuals and organizations, and I’m dedicated to building high-performing teams that drive success.
