I've spent my career at the intersection of people, operations, and business—figuring out how organizations actually work when the stakes are high and the problems don't fit neatly into any one team's lap.
That path has taken me through marketing and agency operations (McCann, MRM, Edelman Digital), people and experience design (Ready State, Godfrey Dadich Partners, The Hatch Agency), independent consulting, and now healthcare tech at Carrot, where I support members and families through some of the most complex and emotionally charged moments of their lives. Along the way I earned an MBA and a Co-Active Coaching certification, and I've leaned hard into AI tools as a way to move faster without losing the human thread.
What ties it all together is how I work. I read people and situations quickly, and I can steady a tense, high-stakes moment while translating between teams that aren't speaking the same language. I'm strategic about turning a messy problem into a decision that actually holds—but what I care about most is the people on the other side of it. I invest in those around me, build relationships that last, and I'm at my best when I believe in what we're working toward. I lead with empathy and I'm wired to build: coaching people, improving the process, and owning the outcome rather than just handing over recommendations.
I do my best work in mission-driven organizations where the goal is bigger than the bottom line. If that's the kind of work you're building, I'd love to connect.
