Project and Six Sigma Consultant at Lapis Lazuli Educação
São Paulo, Brazil
I am an educational project manager with 14 years of professional experience and a strong focus on public policies, international cooperation, and advocacy. I believe in education as a driver of social transformation and national development — and I direct my career to promote a more efficient, equitable educational system that is connected to the demands of the 21st century.
I currently lead the PMO of Junior Achievement Rio de Janeiro, an NGO nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, where I train leaders in results-based management, using methodologies such as OKRs and management tools such as Monday and performance dashboards. I monitor goals, deadlines, and budgets in a structured manner, focusing on measurable impact.
I have a solid track record in coordinating educational policies:
- I was a project manager at CENPRE, leading initiatives in the states of SP, RJ, and RS.
- I coordinated the FGV DGPE evaluation at the MT Department of Education, where I managed a team of 12 people responsible for diagnostic tests, indicator panels, and strategies for articulating with different stakeholders.
I am a Six Sigma Black Belt and I apply methodologies such as Scrum, Design Thinking and OKRs, combined with the use of BI tools, to transform data into strategic decisions, mitigate risks and drive results on a large scale.
In addition, I work as a career mentor in programs such as Vetor Brasil, Instituto Semear, Grupo +Unidos and Fundação Wadhwani, strengthening leaders who will transform the Brazilian public sector.
With a dominant and results-oriented profile, I am dynamic, assertive and focused on delivering value through management excellence.
