I enjoy building and improving organisations using data and technology, seeking to understand 'as is' and using human centred design and design thinking to solve problems and provide solutions. I've partnered at all levels with Directors, VP's and C-Suit and departments including Sales, GTM, Product, Engineering, Cyber, Marketing, Customer Success, Tech, G&A to meet their objectives from specialist sourcing and executive search to volume hiring. My industry experience in Digital, Technology, Management Consulting, Government, Engineering, Aerospace, Defence and Cyber Security gives me a broad knowledge of the recruitment landscape. I've helped organisations to hire exceptional talent in the UK, Australia, USA, Europe, Middle east and north Africa and have led teams of up to 20 delivering local and offshore projects which is hugely rewarding. Working with organisations at the intersection of recruitment, technology and branding I enjoy building teams and capabilities to meet their ever-changing needs.
