• Lead the strategy and execution of Manchester City’s content plan across APAC markets that include – Japan, Australia, South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand & Cambodia.
• Optimise existing processes (with a specific focus on content creation) to improve fan engagement.
• Streamline content quality (text, images, formatting etc) to drive engagement.
• Examine competitors and adjacent industries to identify key innovations (rich media, AR/VR, esports etc), adapt and implement them in the APAC markets.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing; Media; FRM; Comms and PR; Strategy and Business Operations; Commercial Partnerships to scope out and prioritise future opportunities.
• Leading and mentoring a small effective team that is aligned to the co
