The 'artsy' surfer -the ocean had all my attention and going to school was weather dependent, yet I passed with matric exemption and won awards for my performance in language.

In my quest for meaning and purpose I set out to study the human brain and its development.
I majored in both philosophy and neurological psychology.

Disillusioned with the science of psychology, I decided to opt for a career which would keep me fit, allow me to travel and challenge myself while in a social setting. I became a fully qualified African adventure guide. The well-being and lives of clients in a wilderness situation is a great responsibility which allowed invaluable experience and skill development opportunities;

In between seasons I enjoyed being part of various start-ups or in the founding team of new businesses, which I enjoyed immensely.

In 2014 I started my own business building props and backgrounds for the film industry. About 18 months into my welding career I got pregnant and decided to take a career-gap and focus on raising which became 2 daughters over a 20 month period.

They changed my life and reset my priorities as a mom and focus on providing my children with options, opportunities a stable home and great education.

I re-entered school and the labor market, studying human resource management and business development part-time while working as a recruiter at Zeminwe Recruitment.

Specializing in executive talent acquisition for the fruit production and export industry.
In 2018 I focused on opportunities within the newly emerging cannabis industry...

CAREER GOALS:
I am an entrepreneur with great aspirations.

I’ve had my children...
NOW I am aiming high and taking the necessary steps to achieve short, mid and long-term goals.

My sights set on disrupting current global cannabis supply chains by pioneering long-term off-take & sales strategies to Africans in order to establish Africa as a dominant market player and bring opportunity and economic upliftment.
