I have provided scripts for 3 teams at this point, supporting various systems. The scripts are deployed in different ways as well. One of them is being ran from AWS Lambda and the other 2 are being ran locally on cloud servers. Of the two scripts running on servers, one uses file analysis to determine and send tickets, and the other takes in alerts from Control-M. Features include configuration file, robust logging, documentation, deployment and useability documentation, multiprocessing, and multithreading.
- EEnd User ApplicationFeb 2020 - Current (6 years 9 months)I am working on a desktop application for use within the City of Lawrence. This piece of software will be written in C#.NET and will feature a GUI in which users can interact with current script tools that myself or others have written to assist end users in common IT related tasks and issues. After speaking with the deputy controller about this piece of software, it is possible that this application could turn into an internal database and HR tool for multiple uses within the city. This project is in it's infancy and Service Desk demands have left little room for additional work. No projected end date for this application at this time.
