Jackie Brown

During her career, Jackie has dedicated herself to being a voice for inclusivity and acceptance within industry. Jackie began her career in television and radio production and migrated towards advertising fifteen years ago. As Head of People & Culture, Jackie has supervised and directed all talent and human resources initiatives in various agencies. She has developed and implemented strategies and programs to ensure talent diversity and retention while managing organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish agency goals and objectives. Jackie is dedicated to diversity and culture and leads by accomplishing the agency's philosophy to effectively promote principles of purpose as a cultivator, supporter, and champion of multicultural talent. Jackie has a demonstrated history of working in the marketing, public relations and advertising industry; is skilled in management, recruiting, and operations and is passionate about diversity and inclusion. She is bilingual and a proud Latina, holds a Bachelor in Communications and is also a professional voice over talent and mom of three (plus cat).
