• Communicate with customers via calls, Whatsapp, chats and email platforms in order to resolve issues and maintain client relationships achieving over 92% service level • Communicating with clients via CRM and Zendesk (Chat support) • Answering questions, troubleshoot issues and schedule service appointments • Sales and follow up on products and services, issue appointments via Microsoft teams to maintain quality standard and accurate information • Handling complaints via calls and emails • Update customers account information on the database • Research and take new products orders (Parts) • Preparing of quotations and send them to clients (Insurance claims)
