I'm passionate about Service Design, Legal Service Design and working with diverse groups using a human-centered Design approach. As an Industrial Designer, my skills give me a holistic view that considers business, technology and human factors; these allow me to strategically connect companies with their customer’s or employee’s needs. I believe in constant learning and change which is why I’m always up for new challenges within my role. I am a team mobilizer, out-of-the-box thinker and an overall design nerd. In the future, I would like to continue to provide people with memorable experiences through innovative and empathetic products and services. *I have both Italian and Colombian citizenships and I’m open to relocate.
