Irfan Gazdar

I have always had a global mindset. Being brought up in England and Kuwait, worked in Finland and Spain or having visited countries all over the world have helped me to appreciate and understand the importance of global interactions. I have taught English, Business English and science for 27 years and was voted as one of the top 60 teachers from around the world in the Most Dedicated Teachers Award by the Cambridge University Press in 2021. I work actively to encourage students to learn about the world they live in and promote harmony and appreciation with my colleagues and the educational community. My current work is related to organising international interaction between students from all over the world which is challenging yet motivating. Curious Fact: I was the UK Student Taekwondo Champion in my university days.
