How to double and triple your revenue with virtual teams. These are some of the methods I use 👇
But first, is this read worth your time?!
This is for people who want an in person team and are against hiring any forms of virtual team members. And it is DEFINITELY NOT for anyone who ultimately wants to scale and automate their business.
This is for business professionals who want to leverage other people’s time at lower wages than American hirings. It is also for people who want to build a world-wide brand. Lastly, this is for anyone who believes hiring people around the world can truly help them elevate their service.
So what I am going to show you is:
1. Where to find your virtual teams
2. How to train them, so they can start off on the right foot and help you feel more comfortable delegating tasks
3. The ways of retaining your team members for the long haul
BTW if you are anything like me, you probably would MUCH rather watch a quick video then read all of this. Here is our link in case you missed it —> www.usingfava.com
So firstly before hiring anyone, is your company set up correctly to onboard a new team member? And even before that, do you already have your niche, offer, and overall service figured out? Because if you are brand stinkin’ new, then hiring someone should be put on hold for a bit.
If you have systems, SOPs, and onboarding in place then you are ready to rock n roll!! Go checkout sites like onlinejobs.ph, upwork, fiverr, and even Linkedlin has a community of virtual assistants. The caveat here, is that all of this takes time. Putting a job ad out, then creating an application process, then going through applications // videos, then interviews, I mean this can take days if not WEEKS to complete…
I will come back to the last paragraph and explain how we can help.
The best way to train your virtual team is to have SOPs (standard operation procedures) like loom videos, documents and other material that can provide the step by step necessary for this person to accomplish what is needed. You do not NEED to have everything in place but the more you do the easier the tracking becomes. Another thing to be on the lookout for is KPI (key performance indicators) these are the numbers that your VA’s have to follow and hit on a regular basis. Whether its appts booked, FB ad budget, or whatever data you are tracking.
Lastly, to retain your team members for the long run you must grow the company on a regular basis.
