I participate in creation and support of UI end-to-end tests for the e-commerce platform. Platform is based on salesforce and supports multiple sites that differ by brands and regions. End-to-end tests are designed to cover same scenarios for different sites. My responsibilities were to implement new tests, improve the test framework, analysis and adopting end-to-end for new salesforce realms and versions. Two main projects, one on top of Java, Selenium, guice; and another on TestCafe, cucumber.js

Lead of group of 3-5 specialist, hiring, coaching. Established SQA policies for "One Agile" business unit (oneagile.ru), such as test cases to requitrements tracibility (the requirement tracking tool was adopted for tests instead of Excel used before), bug tracking system usage, deployment procedures etc. Evaluating multiple tools for web testing, including watir, sahi and selenium. Selenium was eventually chosen and flexible framework for testing of company's platform based promos was implemented. Automated daily platform deployment and regression testing, manual or semi-automated testing of implemented features on daily basis.
