Without strong institutions, adequate infrastructure, and community trust, opportunities quickly fade. It’s not a lack of talent that holds territories back, but rather an environment that too often builds barriers instead of opening paths. Socialab has become a platform to support other high-impact solutions like Huella Local (strengthening public capacities from the ground up), Tierra de Monte (transforming agriculture through science and farmers’ own knowledge), and Nos Vidrios (driving circular economy). Today, I feel more like a partner than a founder, more a catalyst for solutions than a protagonist. I believe in projects that truly understand the territory, that respect it, and that work to help its people grow with dignity and purpose.
