• Sole engineer on a five-person founding team, owning architecture, backend and the mobile app end to end. Shipped the MVP to TestFlight; public launch pending.
• Built the product on React Native with Supabase (PostgreSQL, Realtime, Auth, row-level security) rather than a bespoke backend — a deliberate trade of infrastructure control for delivery speed, appropriate to a founding team with one engineer.
• First project I delivered end to end through AI-assisted development. Rather than prompting ad hoc, I built a directed setup around Claude Code — custom skills and subagents — so the tooling followed my own conventions and decision

Blockchain infrastructure for game studios. Joined through Sequence's acquisition of Xerial.
• Game studios were repeatedly asking for lootboxes, a feature that had to reach into the core of the minting system. Implemented it as an ERC-1155 commit/reveal flow: a Go backend service watches for the on-chain commit transaction and then dispatches the reveal through the relaying service. The riskiest change of the period, because a fault in that on-chain / off-chain coordination surfaces on the core path rather than at the edges. Shipped to production and adopted by game studios.

I joined a product that could do one thing — mint NFTs for game studios — and left it a wallet-as-a-service platform with an SDK, a marketplace and infrastructure I owned.
• Built the wallet generation service end to end, which became the company's wallet-as-a-service offering and carried an enterprise client past 15,000 wallets in its first week of integration.
