Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Seeds, the biggest on-demand talent company for enterprises in Latin America. In Seeds we are (r)evolutioning how large enterprises have access to talent, and how talent gets to work on projects with top companies 🌐. I am an Industrial Engineer and got my degree at ITBA (Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires), where I met the rest of Seeds’ co-founders. I worked in several international companies until I realized (together with my founding partners) that I wanted to change my way of working, and almost without realizing it, we founded Seeds 🌱. 4 years later, now Seeds counts with: ✅+2,500 Seeders in the community ✅+35 active clients ✅45 people working at Seeds Management ✅Operations in Argentina, Chile and the US I also host Seeds Talent Cafe, in which guests are invited to talk about talent management and the Present of Work. In 2022, GoIntegro selected me as one of the Top 15 HR Influencers of 2022 from the ranking of Groundbreakers.
