Professional with more than 12 years of work experience. My experience was mainly developed in the banking sector, i have worked in several departments: Human Resources, Finance and IT. I see that I add more value in topics related to employee motivation: compensation, benefits and employee recognition management, as well as issues related to business planning. I have an MBA that allowed me to grow not only academically but as a person. It reinforced this human role, because in each class it was present to position people as the organization cornerstone, it also helped me develop critical and agile thinking to resolve complex situations in a simple way.
