ICAR NRRI New Delhi declared Incubation support for research in Minimization of plastics in agriculture during my graduation days. I have done trainings and internships in core sectors of Manufacturing Technology, Food Safety, Skill Development Program from reputed companies like Coca Cola, GCL, Govt regulating bodies FSSAI, FRCC, CSL, MSME. To enhance my skills in the world of professionalism I've done trainings on HR operations, practices, recruitment, screening, onboarding culture, CSR, Employees Engagement, Performance Management, Payroll Structure from both industry and corporates like Tech Mahindra, and Goa Carbon Limited. I would love to grow with these skills to enhance the Employee Culture in any sector.
