I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Thapar School of Management, where I learned the fundamentals of human resources, organizational behavior, and business strategy. I am currently working as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at FINVASIA, a leading fintech company that offers innovative solutions for traders and investors. My core competencies include talent management, HR policies, compensation, and onboarding.

In my current role, I support the recruitment and retention of high-performing employees by ensuring fair and competitive salaries, facilitating visa applications, and preparing contracts and documents. I also anchor the new hire onboarding process, which includes orientations and immersion plans that help them integrate into the company culture and values. I contribute to the development and administration of HR practices that align with the company's vision and goals. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team that empowers and supports each other. I am passionate about learning new skills and enhancing my domain expertise in the fintech industry.
