Throughout his career, Handoko has demonstrated strong cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability, having managed global projects and teams across Europe and Asia. He has made significant contributions to his field, such as implementing the first fully automated and connected solar panel factory, facilitating the first electronic batch record in the Asia Pacific region for Baxter, and being among the first in China's pharmaceutical industry to do so.
