I worked for over 20 years in the IT market, where I had multiple challenges in different roles, which let me know how to help my teams and clients in several aspects as for example DevOps, technical leadership, business analysis, agile implementation, digital transformation, team building.
As a change agent, I was assigned to lead numerous on-site and distributed teams, in a variety of projects working the complete life cycle from concept to completion.
Taking advantage of my knowledge and experience in business agility and strategy, I am able to deliver guidance in different methodologies and frameworks focusing on client value, efficient teams, leading my teams to the next level, and providing clear solutions always driven by the agile principals, good practices, professional
