I am a multi-disciplinary manager with more than fifteen years of experience leading teams of professionals in different areas including: Marketing, Loyalty, Sales and Sales Planning, and an expert in online and offline marketing. I have ample experience across industries, especially within: Online Media, Consumer Goods, Airline and Retail. I also have experience in managing complete business units and spinoff projects.
Over the past five years, I have been part of the team that led Pulpo Media from being a company with 11 employees worldwide into the leader in the Hispanic Digital Media space, and then through the process of being purchased by a major media company and the integration between the two cultures.
Achievements include:
- Creation and management of Pulpo Media Sales Planning Department until company purchase by Entravision.
- Spinoff of Mexicana Mileage Program (Frecuenta), including management legal and accounting sides of the operation.
- Consolidation of o.b. brand leadership (from 80% to 95% share) in Argentina, including successful launch of o.b. redesign.
- Management of Johnson's Baby Wipes to become market leader in Argentina (ahead of Pampers).
- Management of Band-Aid brand to become market leader in Supermarkets in Argentina (ahead of category generic Curitas).
