I’m a dedicated professional with over 8 years of experience as a call center agent, Virtual assistant, and Freelancer. I’m beyond certain that I could be efficient at the job and I’m confident when I say that I will even manage to improve the workflow. I can do both inbound and outbound calls. I can do cold calling, appointment setting and provide excellent customer service at the same time. I work best when I’m given the chance to prove myself without outside help. I’m not one to be micromanaged, and I like to always be in competition with myself. I understand the importance of goal-setting and I always push myself to reach my objectives in a timely manner. I had also a few years of experience as a Virtual assistant in a real estate campaign doing cold calling, appointment setting, email management, and Lead generation by doing prospecting and contact via email and phone. I was able to use different types of CRM tools such as MOJO, Ring central, and time doctor.
