With over 8 years of experience in finance, sustainability, and consulting, I am a senior consultant at Deloitte, where I help clients navigate complex corporate recovery and restructuring processes. I am passionate about finding innovative and sustainable solutions that create value for businesses, society, and the environment. I hold a postgraduate degree in sustainability and environment from FGV, one of the leading business schools in Brazil and a BS from Babson College.
In my current role, I develop and model economic-financial plans for judicial and corporate recovery processes totaling BRL 55 billion, negotiate with creditors and debtors, and acquire new clients. I also leverage my expertise in sustainability and finance to improve working capital and cash conversion cycle, optimize financial projections and discount rates, and analyze debt restructuring plans. Some of the skills that I use daily include sustainability management, process improvement, and new business development. I also supervise and train junior team members, and collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
