In the twilight of the 1990s, my journey began amidst the burgeoning tech scene of Mexico, where I honed my skills on pivotal technology projects. Driven by a relentless pursuit for growth and a passion for nurturing business development, I embarked on an international adventure, moving to Europe. Over a decade of dedication saw me weaving through the corporate tapestries of multinational technology firms, expanding their reach across the diverse landscapes of Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Transitioning from leading dynamic sales teams in the competitive arena of B2B technology, my focus shifted towards refining the sales process itself. Embracing the principles of Lean-Agile, I set out to dismantle the complexities hindering efficient sales flows. As a co-founder of MH Services and an influential figure on the consultancy innovation board, I championed the adoption of Lean Sales methodologies. Collaborating with a network of team members, partners, and mentors, we crafted a transformative framework for Lean Sales, drastically cutting lead times and bolstering revenue streams across various IT sectors.
My consultancy expertise is deeply rooted in Lean sales strategies, the creation and optimization of digital product business models, and the art of scaling revenue in the global business arena. The Lean philosophy has been my cornerstone, enabling a swift and effective approach to identifying core issues, ensuring market fit, and evaluating the scalability of revenue models
