As a passionate Geospatial Engineer, my academic and professional journey has been deeply driven by a commitment to sustainable innovation and the principles of the circular economy. During my undergraduate studies, I immersed myself in specialized areas such as GIS, surface modeling, cartography, remote sensing, computer graphics, and programming—laying a strong technical foundation for my future endeavors.
What fuels my ambition is the desire to tackle global environmental challenges through forward-thinking, data-driven solutions. I have explored the power of remote sensing technologies to track environmental shifts, assess sensor capabilities in detecting global trends, and analyze their role in shaping the future of earth observation and data acquisition.
My multidisciplinary experience spans hydrology, surveying, and precision agriculture, where I contributed to crop monitoring using advanced sensors. Additionally, my work in graphic design and visualization using AutoCAD has enhanced a range of geospatial projects.
Equally important to me are the human-centered skills I've developed. At the University of Nairobi and through the Equity Leaders Program, I have mentored peers, resolved conflicts with empathy, and provided exemplary service—rooted in values of integrity, active listening, perseverance, and collaboration.
At the heart of my mission is a drive to help shape a future where engineering, sustainability, and innovation converge. I aspire to play a vital role in creating safe, eco-conscious, and resilient solutions—working alongside diverse stakeholders to redefine the boundaries of Geospatial Engineering.
