As a Recruitment Specialist at GlobalDevs, I source, screen, and place qualified candidates for various IT roles in the global market. I work with a diverse and talented team of recruiters, developers, and clients, leveraging my HR and recruitment skills to meet their needs and expectations.
Prior to joining GlobalDevs, I spent more than five years as a Section Head of HR Services and a Senior in-charge for Talent Acquisition at Virginia Food, Inc., a leading food manufacturing company in the Philippines. I oversaw the employee benefits, background investigation, on-boarding, records management, and uniform issuance and administration for the processing plant. I also recruited and hired hundreds of employees, using various methods and channels, such as job fairs, online portals, referrals, and advertising. I represented the company in various events and partnerships, and contributed to its organizational development and growth.
I hold a degree in Psychology from Cebu Normal University, and I am a registered psychometrician by the Professional Regulation Commission. I also have an Honor Graduate Eligibility by the Civil Service Commission. I am passionate about learning and improving my professionalism, and I am always looking for opportunities to expand my network and advance my career. I am motivated by challenges, innovation, and excellence in the HR and recruitment field.
