I'm an AI Language Specialist and RLHF Trainer with a Master's in Russian Language (Translation & Interpretation) from Jawaharlal Nehru University.Currently, I evaluate and refine AI-generated Russian-language outputs for large language models (LLMs), working with global AI companies on RLHF, SxS evaluations, chain-of-thought auditing, and model safety. My work directly improves how AI systems understand, generate, and localize Russian — at the intersection of linguistics and machine intelligence.Previously, I spent nearly 4 years at Concentrix supporting Google's YouTube Trust & Safety team as a Russian-language content moderator, maintaining 99%+ accuracy scores while handling sensitive and high-stakes content at scale.
