      This award recognizes exceptional team performance. I was the lead developer and architect on the project team. It was a cross-organizational team effort. Querying in our CRM to research and investigate current SRs using previously resolved SRs was a challenge. It was case sensitive, very slow system to serve a dynamic internal knowledgebase capability. We flawlessly delivered a dynamic knowledgebase with minimum resources and time.
