1. Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, and offer management 2. Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms 3. Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes 4. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. 5.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. 6. Proactively source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and ne
