    AI Workstreams
    ThoughtSpot Inc,
    May 2025 - Jun 2025 (2 months)
After being recognized as one of the most creative engineers with the most far reaching insights regarding AI advancements, I was tasked with envisioning how AI fits within Mode. I took an approach that leverages the great work our engineers have built already. That is to unlock our APIs and internal technologies through an MCP server. Spearheading our ability to allow customers to integrate with agentic models, but more importantly, opening the door for ourselves to install agents throughout Mode’s core systems. I continue to creatively lead the AI innovation at Mode, by leveraging the latest AI tools to move with a speed multiplier.

the customers database. With proper planning and keeping team spirits high, we went from project idea to GA in just one month. Using skills learned from years of experience across the software domain, I architected and created willowearth.net (now closed; a site to sell hand crafted soap). This site was self-hosted on a Kubernetes cluster consisting of old laptops and Raspberry Pis. The frontend was created with Angular (served with Nginx), with a Nest.js backend. To store catalog objects and handle payment processing, Nest.js communicates with Square API. Due to ISP network limitations of 600/20 mbps, efficient programming is required to optimize network traffic. CloudFlare is used as a content cache, which greatly helps loading images and

    AI Assist

Our goal is to enable users to create or correct SQL, from all levels of querying experience. Leveraging a solid understanding of Angular and supporting libraries (NGRX, RXJS, ect), we were able to build a SQL assistant that generates correct SQL statements with respect to the customers database. With proper planning and keeping team spirits high, we went from project idea to GA in just one month.

As an experienced technical lead, I was in charge of overhauling how Mode’s reports are shared internal and externally. This involved fixing and improving legacy angularJS features, as well as migrating existing flows, into modern Angular, with customer UX improvements. I was tasked with pivoting the team to improve the performance aspect of unfamiliar code/features. We took the initiative to create documentation as we gained exposure to the code base and made significant enhancements to core components of the page.

    AIMS
    CaptialOne
    Feb 2020 - Oct 2021 (1 year 9 months)
As a full stack development lead, I undertook exiting a legacy, 3rd party system, and integrated it into a new inhouse solution. I was instrumental in teaching the team on UI best practices, within the division's first micro frontend, AWS static cloud hosted web application. Our team interfaced with physical scanners to index, OCR, and upload hundreds of images to our data lake. In conjunction, a management queuing dashboard was created to help facilitate the assignment of images to customer accounts, with respect to the account’s status.
