Daily tasks - answer emails, Incoming calls or SMS, call customers that want to cancel the service or have questions about their marketing campaigns. Give customer advice to improve customer attraction by changing keywords, pictures, and reviews, and adding additional tabs on their website. Once the customer agreed to continue with the service, our job was to follow up with the customer for the next 90 days, taking the account manager role for that account, we could also pitch additional services or packages (upsells).
