Gagandeep Singh Bhatia

As a Program Manager - Tech at Uber, I oversee the software development life cycle (SDLC) and release management of multiple projects across different teams and platforms. I collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define the scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project, and ensure that they meet the quality standards and user expectations. I also monitor and report on the progress, risks, and issues of the projects, and provide solutions and recommendations to resolve them. I have an MBA in Marketing from NMIMS, where I honed my skills in project planning, vendor management, and e-commerce. I interned with Baker Hughes, a GE company, as part of the Aspire Leadership program, where I worked on challenging projects that required infrastructure upgrades, server migrations, and risk profiling. I also identified the bottlenecks for the measurements and controls business website, and proposed strategies to improve its performance and usability. Before joining Uber, I was a Senior Technical Product Manager at Baker Hughes, where I leveraged my technical and business acumen to deliver innovative solutions for the oil and gas industry. I am passionate about using technology to create value and impact for customers and society.
