Tech/Software Engineer/Fullstack Developer | Content Creator/ Producer | Marketing/Branding/Product | Business Admin/Strategy/ Project Management Hi there! I'm Gabriel Wiggert and I'm a fullstack developer/software engineer passionate about creating through technology. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing Management from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and I've studied in a full time, hands-on fullstack web development bootcamp by Driven Education, developing many different projects throughout the course. I'm also a former Computer Engineering student from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), being a member of the university's group of studies in robotics - working with both software and hardware development with microcontrollers such as Arduino, getting to work in the development of a self guiding drone and in the making of IoT devices/applications, also participating in a Global Game Jam at the university's Institute of Computing, developing a full video game in 48h. Here's the main tech stack I work with today (tl;dr - MERN mainly): Javascript/JSX (React), Typescript/TSX, CSS & HTML and C languages, React.js and Figma for frontend development and Node.js for building backends, having experience building servers and RESTful APIs with Express and layered architecture, working with SQL databases such as Postgres (purely or along with Prisma ORM), as well as no-SQLs such as Redis and MongoDB. I'm also skilled at testing software with Jest/Supertest/Cypress (manual, unit, integration and e2e testing), DevOps principles and CI/CD practices, working with Docker, AWS, NGINX, GitHub Actions and deploys on Heroku/Vercel, also having a strong basis of software engineering fundamentals. Fun fact: I'm an audio engineer/music and video producer in my free time! I got to freelance for people from all over the world in many different music, video and audio projects. I have a home recording studio, a band in which I'm a multi-instrumentalist/vocalist, and broad experience in audio and video production and management, social media and marketing/branding - market placement and business strategy. I've also had a strong international experience traveling abroad throughout the years, being a fluent English, native Portuguese and intermediate Spanish speaker, as a brazilian italian citizen.
