I joined this company when their first contact center in Costa Rica was not so old, so I had the opportunity to do many different things. I provided support in the Customer Care team via phone, chat and email, text message scheduling for appointments and also did some back office job. After 3 months, I joined their Social Media team. We were in charge of answering SmileDirectClub's messages with a very energetic and professional approach (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram with over 140k likes and followers).
