I am a Recruiting Operations leader focused on building scalable talent systems, enabling global hiring, and driving new market presence.I began my career as a full-cycle recruiting partner across the Americas, managing attraction strategies, compliance, and high-volume programs. I later specialized in cybersecurity and technical talent at Palo Alto Networks, where I integrated AI into sourcing, built diverse pipelines, trained sourcers, and earned recognition with Costa Rica Site Awards for Disruption and Inclusion.Today, as Recruiting Ops Lead and Talent Partner at SingleStore and the first hire in Costa Rica, I have built the foundation of our regional presence and our global recruiting operations. I authored the Talent Acquisition SOP and Recruiting Playbook, streamlined workflows in Greenhouse and ChartHop, and partner with leadership to make hiring more intentional, collaborative, and impactful.What drives me is designing recruiting systems that are scalable and data-driven, while remaining collaborative and respectful of people’s time and goals.
