Today, I’m a sourcing manager and senior recruiter working with U.S. companies to find top talent across the Philippines and Latin America, especially in legal roles, but I’m just as comfortable tackling hard-to-fill roles across industries. I enjoy the challenge of connecting the dots between the right person and the right opportunity.
