In recent years I have developed as a team leader in different works teams with PO or PM role. Appling different types of methodologies to meet the objectives, such as PMI, SCRUM, KANBAN among the most used. I work with tools like a MOSCOW prioritization, SWOT analysis. I currently lead the IT team with more than 50 IT professionals and 10 project in execution with different complexity. In the future, I wish to develop myself as a professional in a crypto business company or tech product.
