Francisco Santos

Throughout all my years of work experience in the medical services industry and managing non-profit organizations, I have concluded one thing:

I thrive on helping others and making my team feel valued, comfortable and important. I would go above and beyond for everyone in my organization, and that's just who I am.

At the same time, I would go above and beyond to help my clients. I value genuine connections and my priority is to truly understand our customer's needs, so we can expand their teams in the best possible way.

Building qualified nearshore teams for our customers abroad & creating a work culture where employees feel happy to come to work everyday, is our ultimate goal. At Salvatech, we help clients level up their business in the best possible way!

I'm a big believer on treating others the way you want to be treated. And I love creating valuable connections with people around the world.
