I am a network operations professional with over three years of shift-based experience monitoring and managing large-scale telecom infrastructure, currently completing a Master of Engineering in Geomatics Engineering at the University of Calgary.
At IHS Towers I worked in a 24/7 NOC environment responsible for multi-tenant tower sites, handling everything from power fault diagnosis and SLA-bound escalations to full incident lifecycle management in ServiceNow. I learned how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly with field teams and customers at the same time, and close incidents with documentation that actually held up to scrutiny.
My graduate studies in Geomatics Engineering have added a strong spatial data and infrastructure systems layer to my technical background, including GIS, remote sensing, and geospatial analysis using ArcGIS and QGIS. That combination of operational experience and engineering education is something I find genuinely useful for roles that sit at the intersection of network monitoring, infrastructure management, and data-driven decision making.
I am based in Calgary and open to NOC Analyst, Network Operations, GIS Analyst, and Telecom Engineer roles. Feel free to reach out.
