I initially joined Perceptyx as a Front-End Developer, but my design expertise led to a transition to the Design team. I led the design process for multiple self-service B2B platforms, conducted user research, and performed user interviews to enhance UIs that involved displaying large amounts of data. I established a UX process that is now standard for all projects. Additionally, I collaborated with the team to create and maintain our Design System.

I analyzed user behavior to understand their buying process and identify factors influencing conversion rates, applying this information to optimize our designs.
