I worked in the care of ProSupport customers performing diagnosis of technical problems of software and hardware, and following up the customer from the first contact to the last to validate the offered solution. It was a great opportunity to develop technical skills and interpersonal
relationships, besides to learn in the front line the importance of customer experience and the
positive impact of cultivating a long term relationship with customers.
